2. Create an order to pay for video editing.
3. Fill in the required order parameters.
4. Select the desired video from your device and upload it.
5. Complete the payment for the order so that we can start working on your video.

We usually complete the editing process within 24 hours, ensuring high-quality results. You will receive an email notification of your completed order no later than 24 hours after submission. However, if you have made changes to your submission, or if there are formatting issues that prevent the editor from proceeding, we may need to contact you for clarification. In such cases, the process could take a bit longer to ensure everything is correct.

We support formats:

Video: mp4, mov, avi, mkv, webm, 3gp, wmv, ogv, mpeg, mpg

Audio: aac, m4a, mp3, opus, wav, wma

Images: ai, eps, bmp, tiff, tif, gif, heic, heif, hif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, svg, webp

Please note that you have 5 days after the edit is completed to request changes. If no changes are requested within this time, the video will automatically be marked as complete.
